A life well lived
doesn't happen by accident.

Meet Yvette Poole

Yvette Poole brings more than two decades of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and business ownership to her work as a Private Advisor.

Her career began in corporate America and the real estate industry, where she spent more than twenty years as a senior executive, often as the only woman in a male-dominated boardroom. It was there that she developed not only her business acumen, but a deeply held belief that success should create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of others.

That belief ultimately led Yvette into entrepreneurship. Over the years, she has founded and built businesses spanning consulting, hospitality and wellness, giving her firsthand experience of what it takes to lead, build, adapt and create something meaningful from the ground up.

Today, Yvette brings together that professional experience with the perspective gained through her own life, working privately with individuals, couples and families to bring greater intention, clarity and preparedness to the decisions that shape their lives, relationships and legacies.

I know what it means for life to change overnight.

When I suddenly lost my husband, a high-profile CEO, I went from being a wife and partner to navigating grief alongside business responsibilities, family leadership, financial decisions, succession questions and the emotional weight of holding everything together.

That experience changed the way I understood preparedness.

I discovered that even highly successful families can find themselves unprepared for the practical and deeply personal realities of unexpected transition, not because they lack intelligence or resources, but because some of life's most important conversations are also the easiest to postpone.

Today, that lived experience shapes my work as a Private Advisor. I help individuals, couples and families have those conversations before circumstances force them to, bringing greater clarity, organization and confidence to the lives they're building and the people they love.

Because preparedness isn't simply about what happens when you're gone.

It's about how intentionally you live, how deeply you love, and how thoughtfully you prepare to leave well.

I've lived the conversations I now help others have.

What I believe

Live Well.

Life shouldn't simply be managed. It should be intentionally lived.

Lead Well.

Leadership extends beyond the boardroom. It shapes your family, your relationships and what happens when you're no longer the person holding everything together.

Leave Well.

A meaningful legacy isn't simply what you leave behind. It's how well you've prepared the people you love to carry forward without you.

Let's start with a conversation.

If something here has made you think about a conversation you've been avoiding, a transition you're navigating, or something you know your family needs to prepare for, I'd be glad to hear from you.

The greatest legacy isn't only what we build while we're here.

It's how well the people we love are cared for when we're not.

Live Well. Love Well. Leave Well.
